It all started as a gift…
I’d been a jeweler for years,
but who knew that creating that first elephant pendant as a gift for a friend would strike such a cord with me?
Captivated by carving the detail of the elephant in its habitat…
Before I knew it, I was carving more animals… Giraffes, then Lions, Bears and more.
All I know is that I’m loving creating these animals, as much as my friend loves her Elephants.
And that is how Anapako Jewelry’s Animal Classics was born.

Old world craftsmanship and the ancient art of casting is masterfully blended with newer technologies of computers and 3D printing.
In the Design Studio
Starting with a vision, the animals are sketched on paper, and brought to life on the computer.
Our specialty is sculpting detailed organic designs in 3D CAD on the computer.
3D Printers help us test and revise, until the final design meets our initial vision.
In the Jewelry Studio
After making a prototype, a mold, and shooting waxes, white plaster material is poured into a flask around the waxes.
Burnout in the kiln for 14 hours removes all the wax.
Molten metal is poured into the flask, replacing the waxes- this process is called Lost Wax Casting.
Superb Craftsmanship
Meticulous detailed hand work determines the quality of the finished piece.
Our proprietary several step process includes filing, grinding, sanding, polishing and more
Sized Right
One inch tall & the width of a US dime… big enough for all to admire the detailed design, and small enough to look delicate and wear with everything.
Black Box Gift
The black ribbon and outer embossed sleeve reveals a gold foil stamped black box, velvet lined, holding the necklace. Polish cloth plus Giraffe fun facts and myth card is included.
